Black & Grey HR is recruiting an Executive Assistant, dedicated to supporting the Chief Financial Officer for a renowned developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is pivotal in offering comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, necessitating a proactive approach and the ability to handle a variety of crucial tasks with finesse.

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
– Presentation Development: Craft and refine high-quality PowerPoint presentations and documents, ensuring they are both engaging and informative.
– CFO Approval Process Streamline the CFO’s approval workflow, ensuring necessary documentation and data are efficiently prepared and presented for timely decision-making.
– Project Assistance: Engage in unique projects, creating detailed reports and presentations, and establishing robust filing and data management systems.
– Meeting Coordination: Organize data for internal and external meetings, manage correspondence, schedule travel, and maintain updated contact lists.
– Confidentiality Management: Maintain sensitive document files, respecting content confidentiality and regulating departmental access.
– Calendar Management: Oversee the CFO’s calendar, meticulously coordinating appointments and adapting to changes swiftly.
– Communication Handling: Screen calls and correspondence, providing responses in line with CFO’s guidelines where appropriate.
– Documentation Preparation: Produce various documents, including letters, memos, and meeting minutes, as directed by the CFO.
– Event Coordination: Plan and execute conferences and events, managing invitations, facilities, and budget considerations.
– Board Meeting Facilitation: Organize Board of Directors meetings, including minute-taking and distribution.
– Filing System Efficiency: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of an effective filing system.
– Mail Management: Oversee the receipt, processing, and organization of the CFO’s office mail.
– Departmental Support: Provide additional administrative assistance within the Finance Department.
– Bookkeeping Assistance: Support the Finance Division’s management team with bookkeeping tasks as needed.​

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive assistance, preferably within the UAE and in Senior Finance roles.
– Experience in real estate or related sectors is an advantage.
– Strong command of the English language is essential.
– A commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
