Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established business group based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire a
Factory Manager for their Electrical / Lighting Manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall production and operations of our electrical/lighting manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. This role involves strategic planning, efficient resource utilization, cost management, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<b></b>- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.- Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
– Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
– Supervise day-to-day operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
– Implement and maintain best practices for safety, cleanliness, and organization within the factory.
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes.
– Monitor and control production costs to maximize profitability.
– Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives.
– Work closely with the finance team to manage budgetary requirements.
– Analyze financial data to assess the factory’s performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Develop strategies to improve profit margins while maintaining product quality.
– Collaborate with senior management to formulate business strategies.
– Lead and motivate a diverse team of production and operational staff.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
– Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electrical/lighting industry.
– Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
