Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Group Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct regular financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Develop and maintain forecasting models to support long-term financial planning.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial data and facilitate external audits.

Stay updated on accounting standards and implement changes as required.

Manage and optimize the group’s cash flow to meet operational needs.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard financial assets.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

Participate in due diligence processes for potential mergers and acquisitions.

Skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.) is mandatory.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Group Finance Manager role.

Familiarity with Big 4 audit firm practices is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
