Job Description

Our client: a multinational FMCG company is looking to hire a HR Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial setting, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting employee growth and development. 

 

The role: Coordinate recruitment efforts for plant/factory positions, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training, orientation, and resources to succeed in their roles. Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed. Support the performance management process by assisting supervisors and managers in setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for employee development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and training documentation. Participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and the development of safety procedures as needed. 

Skills

Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant educational qualification. 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing set-up. Experience handling labor related HR activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
