Job Description

As a Sales Engineer for Insitu Machining, you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills and developing a new business. The balance depends on the level of technical knowledge and understanding you will need to sell the product you’re offering and to respond to customers’ enquiries.

• Set up and manage sales and distribution structures

• Develops new sales strategies and product packages In particular for key accounts and the spare part business

• Implements KPI figures for sales (hit rate, loss analysis, order intake, etc.) and set up monthly reporting

• Defines marketing plan and marketing mix for the products and countries

• Conducts market analysis, competition benchmarking and customer survey

Skills

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

 

•  Basic understanding of the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and refinery Process design and fabrication of oil and gas processing equipment.

•  Ability to lead project proposals, including conceptualization, client interaction, budgeting, schedule development, delivery, and presentation

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines

• Proficient with MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
