  • Prepare and oversee all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements.
  • Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and financing options to provide accurate information and advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Continuously build and expand your network to generate leads and referrals.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, honesty, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-year experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to speak multiple languages
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and software.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
