Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist with experience in the spa or personal care industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting clients, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing information about our services and products, as well as handling administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  2. Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized calendar.
  3. Greeting and checking in clients, providing them with necessary information and ensuring their comfort.
  4. Handling client inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information about our services and products.
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including stocking supplies and ensuring it is presentable at all times.
  6. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  7. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  8. Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience as a Receptionist in a spa or personal care setting.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office applications.
  6. Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
  7. Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  9. Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
