Job Description

  • Assist in formulating competitive recruitment strategies for the organization. 
  • Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
  • Ensuring timely implementation and alignment of the strategies with the organizational objectives. 
  • Building effective talent pools and sourcing channels by forging strong partnerships. 
  • Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them.
  • Identifying the demand and supply gap in the future workforce needs and taking adequate steps. 
  • Identifying effective recruitment channels and leveraging them to source high-caliber candidates.  
  • Engaging with multiple departments and levels of the organization to understand their specific requirements and assist them in talent development. 
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding end-to-end (reviewing applicant’s CV, shortlisting, interviewing and scheduling of interview, trade testing etc.)
  • Overseeing the administrative tasks in the recruitment process like contract letters, offer letters, and selection reports. 
  • Mediating between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining strong relations with key internal and external stakeholders like hiring managers and recruitment agencies. 
  • Providing effective and timely feedback at every stage to the parties involved. 
  • Coordinating with the L&D team to frame training programs for the recruits and existing workforce.
  • Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
  • Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software.
  • Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
  • Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
