Job Description

Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Drives customer satisfaction by providing all guests with pleasant dining experience
  • Upkeep of the image, standards and principal of the company, keeping a transparent easily accessible style of management
  • Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change
  • Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Keep tab on the quality, quantity and consistency of all food and beverages served in the restaurant
  • Controls costs by minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation
  • Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the company standards, following policies and procedures and complying with local laws
  • Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; and monitoring food presentation and service
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Enhances brand reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to company image/profit
  • Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Submit periodical reports to the Operations Manager and officials from HO
  • Execute any related duties assigned to you by the Restaurant Manager
