Job Description

·        Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;

·        Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.

·        Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;

·        Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;

·        Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;

·        Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education;

·        Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;

·        Helping in the design of custom-made products;

·        Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;

·        Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;

·        Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional

publications; establishing professional networks.

Skills

·        2-3 years of experience in a sales role in the Contractors or contracting industry

·        Proven ability to identify and qualify leads

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Self-motivated and results-oriented

·        Valid driver’s license (Strictly a Must).
