Our client is a leading multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Sales Relationship Manager with a background in banking, or Forex within the Fintech industry who will manage the Russian market.

<br />Responsibilities 
<br />Meet and exceed personal KPI targets.
<br />Retain and grow your customer portfolio through providing personalized support and fulfilling their needs.
<br />Develop a professional and trusting relationship with your active portfolio of clients, keeping them up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
<br />Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customers’ potential.
<br />Prepare and enable efficient sales activities with available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
<br />Listen to customers and offer the best solutions to their needs and concerns.
<br />Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
<br />Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
<br />Continuously improve knowledge of the financial markets and the company’s offering.
<br />Updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

<br />RequirementsNative Russian, and fluent in English. Any additional languages are considered an advantage.
<br />Experience working in a sales environment, preferably in the forex industry.
<br />Experience selling to clients based in Russia.
<br />University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field).
<br />Computer literate – Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.
<br />Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress.
<br />Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
<br />Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment and being able to multitask.
<br />Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement.
<br />Energetic team player, with a positive outlook in the workplace.

Has excellent English communication skills. Any more languages are viewed as beneficial.
At least 1 to 5 years of sales-related work experience, preferably in the financial/banking industry
A university degree or its equivalent in a related discipline (such as business, finance, or economics).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
The capacity to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and track and report on progress.
The self-motivation to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
​Excellent mathematics and numerical skills.
Ability to collaborate, interact, and communicate with members of various teams and departments.
Technical and fundamental analysis knowledge. Working with CM experience is regarded as advantageous.
