Job Description: 

 Manage equipment logistics, maintenance, and deployment to ensure availability and proper utilization, aligning with budget and safety standards for successful event execution.

 Maintain an updated inventory of diverse event equipment, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and organization of all items.

 Coordinate equipment procurement or rental, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery, streamlining logistics for event setup and return.

 Implement and manage a maintenance schedule to uphold equipment functionality, conduct inspections, arranging repairs, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

 Develop contingency plans for emergencies, assist in budget planning by estimating costs accurately, and identify cost-effective solutions without compromising equipment quality or effectiveness.

Skills

Qualifications: 

 Open to Asian nationals

 Male, 40 y/o and below

 University / Diploma holder

 Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience in event setup, equipment coordination, or a similar role within the hospitality or events industry

 Must be proficient in inventory management systems and basic computer skills
